Undergraduate Alumnae/i Association Executive Board

The Alumnae Association represents and serves all undergraduate alumnae of Simmons University. The purpose of the Association is to strengthen the alumnae relationship with each other and the University to help ensure the success of Simmons, financially, academically, and professionally.

The association is governed by an elected executive board and works in partnership with the Office of Alumnae/i Relations to carry out its mission. The executive board is made up of approximately 20 undergraduate alumnae directors and seeks nominations for open positions each spring.

School of Library & Information Science Alumni Association Executive Board

The SLIS Alumni Association's mission is to represent and serve the alumni of the School of Library & Information Science. The Association wishes to maintain an interest in recruiting qualified individuals into librarianship and related information and knowledge professions, raise funds for scholarships, and to promote mentoring, continuing education, professional development, and leadership.

School of Business Alumnae/i Association Executive Board

The purpose of the Association is to meet the ongoing educational needs of the alumnae of the Simmons School of Business. The goals and objectives of the organization include to:

  • Serve the professional and educational career aims of the alumnae of the School of Business.
  • Represent the alumnae viewpoint on matters of School policy and development in dialogue with the School's administration.
  • Strengthen alumnae identification with one another and the School.
  • Promote other goals that will benefit the interests of alumna, the School, its students, and women in the business community at large.

School of Social Work Alumnae/i Association Executive Board

The purpose of the Association is to build an engaged alumni community, to develop special programs and alumni events, to assist in student recruitment and other activities of the Board and School, and to promote the values and standards of the profession.

School of Social Work Alumnae/i Association is proud to recognize outstanding, notable, and accomplished alumnae of Simmons University. Members of The Alumnae Association determine the recipients from nominations that are received each year.
