Simmons provides alumnae/i with many services to develop and manage their careers. Whether you are deciding on a career, exploring employment options, or changing careers, our services can help you.
Career Education Center
Need to talk to someone about the next step in your career? Discuss your options with one of our professional career counselors at the Career Education Center. They can help you clarify your career goals, search for a job, or transition into a new career. Résumé assistance and interviewing tips also are available. Make an appointment with a counselor or attend one of our many career workshops and events.
Simmons Hiring Simmons
This Simmons career network is exclusively for Simmons students, alumnae/i, and parents. Use it to seek and provide job and internship opportunities within the Simmons family.
Beatley Library provides resources for those who are job hunting, changing careers, networking, considering graduate school, relocating, or otherwise need career assistance. Visit the Beatley Library Career Resources collection on campus, or use the extensive collection of links to career information on the web. Our reference librarians are available via walk-in or appointment, email, phone, or live chat.
One of the special things about Simmons alumnae/i is that they want to help other alumnae/i! Our database of alumnae/i allows you to connect and network with alums who share your professional interest, or can offer career advice.

School of Management Career Services Office
Alumnae/i are invited to partner with the SOM Career Services Office throughout their careers. Whether you live locally or on the other side of the world, we can assist alumnae/i who are interested in considering a career transition, hiring candidates for their organization or staying involved with the SOM community.
- Debt & Loan Services Management
Simmons is making a useful benefit available to alumnae/i: free access to expert advice on managing education loan debt and to discounts and services that can help you save money. Simmons is offering these benefits through a partnership with SALT, a program created by the nonprofit organization American Student Assistance to further financial education.
Membership with SALT includes access to online tools and calculators, one-on-one counseling, educational content to further enhance your “financial IQ,” and assistance resolving even the most complex student-loan related problems. You can learn more about SALT and its benefits here.
Visit the bookstore on the lower level of the Main College Building and receive a 10 percent discount on most items. Contact the bookstore at 617-521-2054 or visit the bookstore online.
Holmes Sports Center
Alumnae/i and their families can receive discounted memberships at Simmons Holmes Sports Center to access the gym, indoor track, swimming pool, and classes.
To receive this benefit, first request an alumnae/i benefits card from the Office of Alumnae/i Engagement, then apply for a membership.
Liberty Mutual Auto & Home Insurance Discounts

Discounts and savings are available where state laws and regulations allow and may vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, applicants are individually underwritten; not all applicants may qualify.
The Alumnae Association receives financial support for allowing Liberty Mutual to offer this auto and home insurance program.
- Continuing Education
Alumnae/i may request to informally audit courses for no credit with approval from the instructor of the class. The fee to audit an undergraduate course is generally $250, while fees for auditing graduate level courses vary by program. Contact the Registrar's Office if you have questions or would like to audit a class.

- Simmons Club Membership at the Downtown Harvard Club
All alumnae/i, faculty, staff, and parents are invited to join the Simmons College Club at the Downtown Harvard Club of Boston. Membership offers access to the Harvard Club in Boston and more than 130 reciprocating private clubs around the country and the world. Alumnae/i must have an alumnae/i benefits cards to get access to the library. To obtain your alumnae/i benefits contact card, contact the Office of Alumnae/i Relations. Books may be checked out from the Beatley Library, and limited access to reference facilities is available. Alumnae/i also have some privileges at the graduate school libraries and the Archives. Beatley circulation desk: 617-521-2780; Archives: L220, 617-521-2441. Note that alumnae/i do not have remote access to library databases. Please see the library website for more information.
