She consults for schools deemed at risk, for out-patient clinics, and nonprofit consulting firms. She's also an adjunct professor in a number of colleges in the Greater Boston area.

Meredith has participated in social advocacy in a formal capacity since 1991. Her unconditional commitment to the concerns of disenfranchised populations allows her to practice resilience and leadership within her in career child protective service employed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. She is an executive board member at Bloomfield Access Television in Connecticut, and an executive board member of the Bloomfield Early Learning Center. Seth is currently a school social worker at a public K-5 school in Danvers, MA. He also teaches social work practice as an adjunct instructor at Simmons, is an on-call mental health specialist on a federal disaster relief team, teaches a NASW licensing test preparation course, and chairs or serves on various committees at NASW and Simmons.
