Chemistry faculty at Simmons combine a love of teaching with active laboratory research. Department faculty maintain research programs that involve our students in state-of-the-art work in environmental chemistry, organic synthesis, green chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology, chemical physics, instrumental analysis, and computational chemistry.
