Students tell us that they appreciate the commitment of the Art and Music faculty to them and their courses. Faculty bring their professional research and art practice into the classroom in a myriad of ways — from lecture topics and assignments to whole courses that draw upon their expertise.
Undergraduates are exposed to a wide range of coursework that incorporates art making and art history with study from original objects, music history with concert performances, and the study of arts organizations with internships that offer work experience in the world-class organizations that surround us.
