What makes a company productive? Happy? Successful?

Our students understand the analytical frameworks that surround office environments — like interpersonal, individual and group conflicts — and learn to make every personality in an organization flourish.

Through hands-on class projects and independent learning opportunities, you'll dive into the complexities of gender-based leadership theories — combating the negotiation challenges that women confront daily in the workplace.

The organizational studies minor or specialization is versatile, allowing students to combine multiple interests. Our students apply their advanced interpersonal skills to perfectly balance any work environment. You'll gain important leadership skills that will serve you well in life and complement any major.
