Negotiating Conditions for Leadership Success
May 31, 2017
Empower yourself as an effective advocate for yourself and others, and explore how to create connections through mutual problem-solving. Strengthen your competitive advantage with strategies to act on negotiation opportunities, enhance critical relationships, and increase your visibility/value. With expert guidance, small group work and role plays, you will create the conditions for your own success and that of your organization.
During this unique program you will learn to recognize and act upon the "negotiation moments" that happen every day. Gain strategies to:
- Negotiate with influence and confidence, regardless of your position within the organization
- Avoid being "caught off guard" in negotiation situations
- Develop an action plan for your next negotiation
