Evaluate an Offer

Weigh opportunities and Negotiate Offers: Seek out objective input from Career Services Office, a faculty member, and/or other trusted colleagues. When evaluating opportunities, ask yourself questions such as:  Will it be a challenge walking in the door?  Could it be a home (culturally, work/life balance, etc.) for 2-3 years?  Will it make you more marketable in 2-3 years?

After all of your hard work, you have received a job offer. You now have an important decision to make.

Go to Career Connect and visit the Career Resources Library to get access to an "Evaluating an Offer" worksheet which will highlight some important criteria to consider when making this decision.
