LUNAFEST Film Festival

The 2001 Academy Award-winning movie "Boobie Girl" was just one of a number of movies spotlighted at the LUNAFEST at Simmons College.

The national festival of films by, for, or about women featured six films by women directors, with themes ranging from self-identity and body image to a revealing look at a women caught in the criminal justice system.
