Simmons Teacher Prep Program Ranks in Top Tier

Simmons College education students ranked in the top echelon of students who passed the recent Massachusetts teacher certification test, according to a national report released by the U.S. Secretary of Education.

The Simmons pass rate of 96 percent exceeded that of 52 other schools in the state that offer teacher training. One hundred sixty Simmons students took the test.
