Three Simmons Graduates Featured in Ebony Magazine as Top Black Businesswomen in America

Three Simmons College graduates are featured in the March Ebony magazine article as top black businesswomen in America. Ann M. Fudge, Paula A. Sneed, and Gail Snowden were all recognized for being top corporate leaders in the Ebony article.

Fudge, a 1973 Simmons graduate, was named one of the "10 Most Powerful Black Women" in America. She is immediate past group vice president of Kraft Foods and past president of beverages, desserts, and Post divisions.

Sneed and Snowden were featured in the article, "Women at the Top in Corporate America." Sneed, a 1969 Simmons College graduate, is group vice president of Kraft Foods and president of Kraft e-commerce and marketing services.

Snowden, a 1978 graduate of the Simmons Graduate School of Management, is FleetBoston Financial’s executive vice president and managing director for the Community Banking Group/CRA.

Simmons College is a nationally recognized, small, private, predominantly women’s university in the heart of Boston. It has undergraduate programs for women, and graduate programs for women and men. Founded a century ago, Simmons was the first women’s college in the nation to offer women liberal arts training and career preparation.
