Maurice Gervais is currently a Senior Lecturer at Simmons College School of Management. He also taught at Harvard-Radcliffe Seminars, Harvard Extension, Rennes Business School in France, Tianjin University in China (2005), EMPI in New Delhi, India (2006) and Toulouse University in France.
He was the President of the French American Chamber of Commerce in Boston 1998 - 2011. He published frequently in professional magazines on French- American business relationship. He participated in business seminars in Poland, Russia, Sweden, Dubai, Mexico, Botswana, Chili, Brazil, Seoul, Hanoi, India and China.
He spent most of his professional career in the computer industry and managed operations in Europe and in the USA with American and French firms. He has extensive experience in Engineering, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing with General Electric and Honeywell. His last position (1993) was Vice President of Marketing for the French Group Bull in Boston, with responsibility of over $1 billion sales in North America and Pacific, for computer products ranging from mainframes to PC's, software, applications, communication equipment.
He consulted for high-tech start-up companies in the USA, Russia and Central Asia. Maurice Gervais has an engineering degree in Paris, an MBA from Boston University and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
