Jodie Marcantoni

Adjunct Faculty in the Role of Section Instructor

I am certified as both an Adult and Family Nurse Practitioner, and have been working in patient care, research and academics for 12 years. My areas of experience include emergency and medical/surgical nursing, family medicine and infectious diseases. I speak Spanish and have worked with diverse populations from across the globe. Health disparities, health policy, health literacy, and patient education are my areas of research interest. I have worked in various academic roles, including preceptoring NP students, peer-reviewing for interdisciplinary journals, classroom and online teaching, and curriculum development for continuing education courses.
